The Four Theme Parks Of Walt Disney World

three dayWalt Disney World is the biggest tourist attraction in the world. People travel from all over the globe to come to the “house of mouse” and have the time of their lives. However, first-time visitors may become overwhelmed with the amount of things there are to do in Disney World.  Disney World is split up into four different theme parks:

  • The Magic Kingdom – The Magic Kingdom is what most people think of when they think of Disney World. The Magic Kingdom features many characters from the Disney universe. From Cinderella’s Castle to Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin, there is no shortage of fun things to do while you are at The Magic Kingdom.
  • EPCOT Center – Disney’s EPCOT Center is far different from the Magic Kingdom. An acronym that stands for Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow, EPCOT features futuristic technologies and innovations, as well as a “World Showcase” area which features many different “countries” for guests to experience. People native to that specific country to add authenticity to the experience staff the different “countries.”
  • Disney’s Hollywood Studios – Formerly known as MGM Studios, Disney’s Hollywood Studios is a movie and television studio-themed park. The Great Movie Ride takes guests on a trip through famous scenes from many of the most classic films ever made. The Hollywood Back Lot Tour sends guests through a makeshift “back lot” of a movie shoot.
  • Disney’s Animal Kingdom – Disney’s Animal Kingdom is home to hundreds of exotic animals. There is a river rapid ride, a rollercoaster featuring an appearance by the infamous “yeti,’ and even a safari featuring live animals.
