Six days at Walt Disney World gives guests plenty of opportunity to experience the best of Walt Disney World. A 6 Day Magic Your Way with Park Hopper and Water Park Fun and More with No Expiration option allows guests to experience any of Disney’s parks in any combination for six days either consecutively or split in a manner of the guests’ choosing.
With such flexibility, deciding what to do might seem overwhelming. But we’ve got a few ideas that we’ll share to get you started:
Day 1: Start your vacation at The Magic Kingdom. Spend the morning taking in some of the classic attractions that call the Magic Kingdom home or explore the new Fantasyland. If you’re a thrill lover, ride Space Mountain and Splash Mountain. In the afternoon, head over to one of the waterparks. While both waterparks have similar offerings as far as attractions are concerned, those who prefer more shade will likely prefer Typhoon Lagoon.
Day 2: Spend the day at Epcot Center. Spend the first part of the day in Future World. Experience attractions that imagine what our world might be like if imagination and technology were pushed to their limits. Experience the world how it used to be as well as how it might be. In the second part of the day, work your way around World Showcase. Be sure to stop for dinner in your favorite country. Take in Illuminations before leaving.
Day 3: Begin at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. The animals are most visible during the early hours of the day when the sun is still relatively low in the sky and their stomachs are full. After you’ve seen the animals, how about taking in some of the attractions? Himalaya, Dinosaur, It’s Tough to Be a Bug, and Kai River Rapids are all not to be missed. In the evening, head to Downtown Disney, have dinner, do some souvenir shopping, and visit Disneyquest where you can attend Animation Academy or try your skill at one of its many interactive virtual attractions.
Day 4: Spend a Hollywood themed day at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. There are plenty of thrills to be had here, for thrill lovers. The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Rockin’ Roller Coaster, and Star Tours are all not to be missed. Take in The Little Mermaid show or be a judge on American Idol. Don’t forget to learn the secrets of Hollywood special effects on the Backlot Tour.
Day 5: Spend the morning at whichever waterpark you haven’t yet visited. Then pick your favorite park and head back to experience your favorites again. Take in one of the nightly shows at the parks if you haven’t already.
Day 6: It’s “greatest hits” day. Spend the day park hopping and experiencing all of your favorite attractions one more time, or experience those attractions that you haven’t yet had a chance to catch. This is also a great day to as you did on day five and simply choose your favorite park and return for a second visit.
